Will not declare or make any judgement; yet, the management appears to present itself as lackluster. Perhaps second cash register could have been opened. Apparently, this store seems to have declined. Nevertheless, the jury is still out. If I did not have to return in one item I would probably no longer come to this particular Ross Dress for Less.
