  I was dissatisfied and disappointed with my shopping experience at this particular Citi Trends. While overall my shopping experience was okay up until I got to the register. And when I asked did the cashier give me a receipt, I was told that I put the receipt in my pocket which I knew I didn't. And in an effort to clear the store by the Manager on duty, which I understand at closing time, but its imperative that you make sure a customer has their receipt as proof of purchase. When I asked the manager could she provide me with a receipt, especially being that I live nowhere near that side of town and the only reason I went to that one was because they were the only location with the denim set I purchased in my size, but I was told I could come back in the morning and get a receipt, as if I have time to do that! While I understand they aren't suppose to open the doors once they close for security purposes, had she made sure I had my receipt, the whole situation wouldn't have been necessary. Needless to say, I will not patronize this particular citi trends store again as I'm obviously not a valued customer

  I shop here occasionally and find some good items. They have discount clothing more geared towards teen but sometimes you will find good tops and bottoms for work. Their is no public bathroom, no fitting rooms and customer service can be better. The items in stock are only what they get in, like big Lots when in its in when they are out of stock it's gone. Their shoes sizes are limited, it's hard to find shoes over 7 1/2 and their house hold items section so small it's a single shelf. Overall it's a good place to go a few times a month to check for unique pieces to add to your wardrobe closet.
